Steady in an Unsteady Marriage

A 12-Week Small Group Coaching Journey

For women living in emotionally painful or confusing marriages—especially those who feel overwhelmed and unable to make sense of what they're experiencing—this journey offers steady support to help you regain clarity, strengthen self-trust, and begin moving forward with confidence.

Coaching is where insight begins to turn into action, and where real change starts to take shape.

It empowers you to live differently, not by changing everything around you, but by changing how you show up within it.

Inside This Coaching Experience

This 12-week small group program is designed for women who are ready to:

  • Name what has been happening without minimizing it

  • Begin recognizing emotional and relational patterns

  • Experience greater steadiness in moments of confusion

  • Reconnect with your own perspective

We meet weekly in a confidential small group setting (maximum of five women) either online or in person when available.

A Glimpse into the 12 Weeks

Week 1—Understanding Your Body's Response to Stress

An intentional beginning focused on understanding how ongoing relational stress is experienced in the body. Painful relational stress often shows up as tension, exhaustion, or a sense of unease. Together we begin learning practical ways to create a greater sense of calm and steadiness within.

Week 2—The Hidden Impact on Your Identity

Building on the awareness from Week 1, we explore how long term relational stress can quietly reshape your confidence, hope, and sense of self. From there, we begin reconnecting with who you are beneath the weight of what you've been carrying.

Week 3—Naming the Fog

Together we notice patterns and explore how confusion often grows in relationships marked by inconsistency, emotional  unpredictability, or mixed messages.  As we start to name what's happening, the fog starts to lift, and a clearer sense of truth begins to emerge.

Is This Program a Good Fit?

This program is for women in difficult or emotionally confusing marriages who are ready to find clarity, rebuild confidence, and move forward.

In a safe, confidential setting, you'll connect with other women in unhealthy marriages, and learn from those who've been where you are.

Through this process you'll begin to:

  • feel more grounded within yourself

  • regain confidence in your thoughts and decisions

  • respond with clarity instead of confusion

  • take small, courageous steps forward in your life

Coaching does not replace therapy and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

It offers structured support and insight to help see what you couldn't see before—and begin responding differently in the places that once kept you stuck.

This program is intended for women who are not in immediate crisis and feel ready to take part in coaching.
